
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy:
Less than 9 days before the booking date: No refund will be provided or Cancellation fee of INR 5450/- will be applied, as the booking is considered final.
2. No-show Policy:
If you do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior communication, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
3. Modifications to Booking:
If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or number of guests), please notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability, but please note that changes made within 7 days of check-in may not be possible.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, government-imposed travel restrictions), we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer a fair resolution.
